Adaggios Banquet Hall and Conference Centre is Indy’s premier “near east side" Event Center, conveniently located 2 ½ miles south of I70 and Mt. Comfort Road. Adaggios provides 6000 square feet to accommodate 400+ guests for ANY type of event. Adaggios has hosted fundraisers, food shows, corporate dinners, meetings and training sessions over the past four years, but the largest part of our business, because of our “stress free” and affordable options, are ceremonies and wedding receptions!!

We're looking for a highly energetic and enthusiastic Event and Marketing Coordinator to work a variety of fun events and promote Adaggios Banquet Hall and Conference Centre! Email for an application or call 317-489-3333 if interested. Apply in person by appointment only.

•Perform a variety of duties including guest services, assist in all areas of the events (including set up and tear down), work closely with banquet staff, conduct final meetings with clients and support the Director of Sales in specialty events and projects.

•Help with marketing tasks such as creating flyers and ads while promoting the Adaggios brand.

•Mostly weekends and some weeknights; seasonal with April – October as busiest months.

•Prior banquet, food service or hospitality experience preferred.
